Integral Healing Practices

When I say mindfulness as an aspect of this work, I mean it. Our mind is the most powerful entity we have, yet our breath, our thoughts, & our quality of self-love is even more powerful. Self-love can be an array of things, from hygienic practices, to what we tell ourselves when we look in the mirror, to what we think we deserve out of this life. Self-love is also eating nutritious foods, cutting back on bad habits & setting boundaries within our social circle & family. Self-love is putting our bare feet on the ground & taking 8 deep breaths with our eyes closed…which is my personal everyday practice of the concept. When we can control our breath, we can control our reactions, our thoughts & our actions. Most of us walk around shallow breathing, hurrying from one thing to the other, coffee in hand, phone in other hand. This lifestyle is the opposite of self-love. This is masculine energy, striving energy, proving energy. We want to ease into our feminine energy when we maneuver through life. Surrendering to what we cannot control, getting curious about what we can. We can control how much technology we consume, we can control the food we cook for ourselves & our loved ones. We canĀ actually create our reality by figuring out what we can & cannot control. I want to help you come up with a practical, simple, pleasurable practice of mindfullness for your moment to moment life.

The breath controls everything. The mind controls the breath.
